Joggers and nature walkers who wish to release fascia and improve joint mobility. The overachiever who is seeking to reduce day-to-day stressors and anxiety.


Hey, do you want to improve your sleep habits, sleep deeper, or longer? Try Yin Yoga. This style of yoga is designed to calm and balance the mind and body by controlling your breath, and holding poses for a length of time (45 seconds for beginners, up to 3 minutes for experienced yogis). Yin Yoga NOT exercises; it’s a lifestyle!
