Services We Offer:

Monthly Coaching

Fad diets and meal plans are often made for the masses and aren’t typically customized to individual needs. As your nutrition coach, our nutritionist will work with you to achieve the goals you have by tailoring your nutrition plan to fit your body’s individual needs! This planning service is offered in different package options so you can choose from month-to-month nutrition coaching, 3-month coaching, or 6-month coaching packages. Each monthly coaching package includes check-ins and accountability throughout the month to ensure that you feel supported and can continue to make healthy choices to consistently progress toward your fitness goals.

One-on-One Coaching Services

In addition to monthly coaching packages, you can choose to meet directly with our nutritionist to get personalized, one-on-one attention to address your nutrition needs, concerns, or questions. These coaching sessions consist of an hour-llong meeting to discuss your nutrition questions and provide guidance on how to achieve your goals. These personalized sessions are separate from the monthly packages.

Meet Our Nutritionist

I am a certified nutrition coach who aims to help others make positive changes to their nutrition plans andto positively impact my clients’ relationships with food. I started my nutritional coaching business to help others navigate the often-overwhelming world of nutrition and diets while trying to find what works best for them. 

After having tried many fad diets and restricting meal plans over the years, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food. This relationship meant that I often let the calories or macros in a food determine my food choices or how “good” my diet was on any given day. After continuing to struggle and not making the progress I wanted, I realized I needed to make a change in my mindset regarding food. Rather than looking at food as only a vehicle for calories or macros that would or wouldn’t fit a meal plan, I have now developed a deeper understanding of how and what we eat affects our bodies, and I want to share that knowledge with others.
